With over 30 years of experience as a Registered Occupational Therapist, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients across all ages and abilities. My passion is helping individuals regain independence and enhance their quality of life, whether it’s managing the impact of physical disabilities or navigating mental health and cognitive challenges.

In addition to my clinical work, I specialize in lymphedema care. I became a Certified Upper Extremity Lymphedema Therapist in 1999 and a Full-Body Lymphedema Therapist in 2014. This advanced training enables me to provide comprehensive care, particularly for individuals managing breast cancer-related lymphedema. My approach combines traditional therapies—such as manual lymphatic drainage and compression—with advanced techniques to address both the physical and emotional challenges of this condition.

In recent years, I’ve integrated Therapeutic Pain Management Systems (TPMS) into my practice, especially for clients experiencing chronic pain related to lymphedema. TPMS helps manage discomfort and improves circulation, significantly enhancing the effectiveness of lymphedema treatments. This holistic approach offers additional support for clients dealing with pain and mobility issues, empowering them to live more comfortably and confidently.

Additionally, I became certified as a Neuroptimal Neurofeedback trainer in 2012 through the Zengar Institute. Neurofeedback is a powerful tool for optimizing brain function, benefiting individuals with depression, ADD/ADHD, sleep disturbances, chronic pain and neurological conditions like stroke, Parkinson’s disease and traumatic brain injury.

My approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and evidence-based practices. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a neurological condition or working through mental health challenges, my goal is to empower you to reach your fullest potential.
